The Family Outreach Program provides free, in-home support services for families with children up to 18 years old who are struggling to meet basic needs and/or are involved with the Division of Child Protection and Permanency.

Program goals include:
- Goal setting for the entire family
- Building social skills
- Learning effective parenting strategies
- Developing coping skills
Referrals are open to families living in Morris County and/or accepted through the Division of Child Protection and Permanency.
