Safe Passage is a Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) intensive outpatient program (IOP) to help people follow a path to recovery. Services are available to people with substance use disorder as their primary diagnosis. Services are provided by a licensed clinician and include counseling and medication assisted treatment.

This is an open-referral program. Self-referrals are accepted. Referrals can also be accepted from family, community providers, hospitals, schools, other substance use disorder programs, other community agencies (Parole, Probation, Recovery Court, and Substance Abuse and Behavioral Health Initiative (SAI/BHI)
