Evolutions
Evolutions provides safe housing and support for youth facing co-occurring substance use and mental health challenges. In a stable, caring environment, teen residents build healthy coping skills and work toward self-sufficiency.
The program offers a calm, home-like setting for up to 10 youth ages 13-17. During a stay of six to nine months, the teens work with our highly qualified team to prepare for a successful return home to their families or transition to independent living.
Services for youth living at Evolutions include:
- Individual, group, and family counseling
- Family visitation
- Recreational activities in the community
- Health and wellness activities
- Art therapy
- Life skills training

Male and female youth ages 13-17.

Referrals are accepted through PerformCare, the contracted systems administrator for the NJ Department of Children & Families, Children's System of Care.
