Gateway Partial Care provides individualized therapeutic services to Warren County adults ages 18 and older experiencing serious and persistent mental illness. The program assists participants who cannot provide for their own basic needs, and helps them maintain independent lives in the community. 

Program goals include, improving participants' quality of life, helping prevent re-hospitalization, and assisting participants re-integrate into the community. 

Gateway Partial Care is a comprehensive, structured, non-residential mental health service provided in a day program setting. Gateway Partial Care provides:

• Various group therapy models

• Skills training and pre-vocational training

• Multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals and master's-level clinicians

• Medication education and management

• Case management

Gateway Partial Care operates five days a week - Monday to Friday, from 8:30am-3:00pm

Eligibility 

The program provides services to residents of Warren County ages 18 and older who have a primary diagnosis of severe and persistent mental illness and who may have a secondary diagnosis of substance abuse, personality disorders, or developmental disorders.
