ReWork will support linkages to industry recognized credential training opportunities, job connections and job placement. Participants will have the opportunity to build job readiness skills, such as interviewing techniques, time management, soft skills, conflict resolution, job retention, and resume development.
The program will help to eliminate barriers to success and prepare people for the hiring process, including access to professional clothing.
The Pathways to Recovery program is financed 100% with WIOA National Dislocated Worker NEG federal funding totaling $3,000,000.
