Camden City Village Initiative Social Work Program provides supportive services to Camden City residents who are in need of social and supportive services. The initiative, a partnership between Camden County Police Department and Center For Family Services, connects participants with a CCPD social worker to provide intensive case management and ensure warm handoffs to appropriate services.
Services offered include:
- Mental Health Linkages
- Housing Support
- Substance Use Support
- Assistance Obtaining Documents (State ID, Birth Certificate, Social Security)
- Recreational and Educational Support
- Crisis Intervention
- Workforce Development
Walk-ins accepted 7 days a week. Social workers are available 24/7 and in-person staff available Monday-Saturday, 10 AM - 11 PM.
