Better Future Self-Help Center
Better Future Self-Help Center is a peer-run, peer-operated wellness center providing support, connection and recreation for adults with mental health issues who seek community, friends, social outlets, and relaxation.

Monday: closed
Tuesday: 1 pm - 6 pm
Wednesday: 2 pm - 7 pm
Thursday: 1 pm - 6 pm
Friday: 2 pm - 7 pm
Saturday: 11 am - 4 pm
At Better Future Self-Help Center there is a focus on health and wellness with specialized services and activities geared toward support for behavioral and mental health challenges.
Activities include:
Support groups
Activities such as BINGO, arts and crafts, recreational trips, and more
Access to a computer lab, fitness center, nutritious meals and health-focused seminars
Smoking cessation services
