Community Crisis Response Team
 

The Community Crisis Response Team (CCRT) provides support for people who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis. The team is made up of behavioral health professionals, social workers, peers, and community-based workers, and together the team offers crisis response support.

Services include:

• On-site community-based intervention
• Outreach
• De-escalation
• Stabilization
• Resource connection
• Follow-up support

Through fact-to-face professional and peer intervention, the team offers rapid response to crisis situations with a goal to achieve the needed and best outcomes for the children or adults who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
