Nourished Neighbors is a community-centered food and wellness initiative dedicated to improving food security, nutrition education, and holistic health outcomes for families in East Orange and Paterson, New Jersey. Through equitable access to fresh, nutritious foods, culturally responsive education, movement-based wellness activities, and community collaboration, Nourished Neighbors empowers individuals and families to build sustainable, healthy habits, strengthen food sovereignty, and cultivate long-term wellbeing.

Nourished Neighbors provides:
•    Farmers Harvest monthly food distribution in both East Orange and Paterson 
•    Nutritional support for families managing chronic health conditions, including nutritional education, meal planning guidance, and health food preparation
•    Low-impact physical activity and wellness programming through accessible activities
