Wellness in Bloom helps older adults in Warren County build meaningful relationships, participate in engaging activities, and discover a supportive community close to home. Wellness in Bloom is designed to reduce social isolation and increase social engagement among older adults by creating opportunities to connect with others in their local community. 

Participants have the opportunity to:

• Meet and connect with older adults in their community 
• Participate in educational, recreational, and social activities 
• Build new friendships and strengthen existing community connections
• Join groups based on shared interests and geographic location 
• Receive support from Community Health Workers who help foster meaningful engagement 

Groups are offered throughout the Hackettstown, Washington, and Phillipsburg areas in welcoming community locations. 

Wellness in Bloom Community Health Workers make every effort to include homebound participants whenever possible. When in-person participation isn't an option, we'll explore alternative ways to help individuals connect with others experiencing similar challenges.
