Program Overview
Evolutions
Evolutions provides safe housing and support for youth facing co-occurring substance use and mental health challenges. In a stable, caring environment, teen residents build healthy coping skills and work toward self-sufficiency.
The program offers a calm, home-like setting for up to 10 youth ages 13-17. During a stay of six to nine months, the teens work with our highly qualified team to prepare for a successful return home to their families or transition to independent living.

Evaluating and Supporting Caregiver Recovery for Child Safety
Our Child Protection Substance Abuse Initiative's top priority is the safety and well-being of children. By treating the alcohol/drug problems of the caregivers, we help provide a more secure environment for children.
Pathways to Recovery for Adults: Your Path Out of Addiction
Pathways to Recovery for Adults is an outpatient program providing a personal support plan for recovery and relapse prevention. The adult substance use program helps people experiencing problems with drugs and alcohol find the support they need to get their lives back on track.
Pathways to Recovery for Youth: Outpatient Adolescent Addiction Treatment
Program Overview
Pathways to Recovery for Youth provides outpatient services and a personal support plan for recovery and relapse prevention. The adolescent substance abuse program helps young people who are experiencing problems with drugs and alcohol.
YES Healing Homes
YES Healing Homes - Michael's House & Carpenter's House - offers community-based, long-term residential treatment for young men ages 13-17. High qualified therapists and counselors work closely with adolescents and families to provide diagnostic assessment, therapy, educational services, social skills training, and job readiness training.
Together Youth Shelter: 24/7 Emergency safe housing and Crisis Care
Program Overview
Together Youth Shelter offers short-term, walk-in emergency housing for youth age 11-17 in need of a safe place to live. Together provides 24/7 safe housing and basic needs support for youth who have experienced abuse, neglect, human trafficking or those youth who have run away or are in need of safe housing due to a variety of circumstances.
Mother Child: Emergency safe housing for Pregnant & Parenting Young Women
Program Overview
Are you pregnant or a young mother in need of housing support.
Mother Child has emergency safe housing available for women who are pregnant or parenting young children and experiencing housing instability or homelessness.
Services are free and confidential.
