Opportunities for Wellness serves adults with serious and persistent mental illness who often have a co-occurring substance use disorder and who require more intensive treatment and support services than the standard outpatient mental health program can provide. Services are designed to stabilize the client and promote the mental health recovery process. The program provides rapid access to treatment, usually within 24 hours.

Safe Passage is a Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) intensive outpatient program (IOP) to help people follow a path to recovery.
