The In-Home Recovery program provides support for parents and caregivers seeking help for problems with drugs or alcohol. The program provides in-home support to help people recover from addiction to drugs and alcohol. 

Services include:

Opportunities for Wellness serves adults with serious and persistent mental illness who often have a co-occurring substance use disorder and who require more intensive treatment and support services than the standard outpatient mental health program can provide. Services are designed to stabilize the client and promote the mental health recovery process. The program provides rapid access to treatment, usually within 24 hours. 

Services include:

Safe Passage is a Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) intensive outpatient program (IOP) to help people follow a path to recovery. Services are available to people with substance use disorder as their primary diagnosis. Services are provided by a licensed clinician and include counseling and medication assisted treatment.

The SHE program provides comprehensive maternal health services for pregnant women recovering from substance use.

SHE is designed to help you and your baby as you work toward a path to recovery. Services are designed to help substance exposed infants and mothers. SHE can help you create a healthy future for yourself and your baby.

The LifeTies Mentoring program pairs youth with trained volunteer mentors with the goal to provide the presence of caring adults for youth. Pairing youth with a mentor can support a path to a safe and healthy future.

Stepping Stones to Resiliency

Counseling services are available to help you and your child cope, manage grief, build resiliency, and navigate your recovery journey.

Life can get turned upside down when a parent or another family member struggles with addiction or when the family loses a loved one to an overdose.

Peer Recovery Support services are available for individuals currently involved in Center For Family Services' CPSAI program or who have been referred by DCP&P.

Peer Recovery Support is a totally voluntary, peer-to-peer program for individuals struggling with drugs and alcohol. Our Peer Recovery Support Specialists will provide assistance to individuals in all areas of recovery, serving as their biggest advocate. Through lived experience, Peer Recovery Support Specialists will help individuals embrace a life in recovery.
