Career Pathways for Veterans is an employment-focused program designed to enable veterans who are experiencing homelessness or who are at-risk of homelessness to reach their full potential. The program will provide career exploration, training, and supportive services to veterans with the goal of empowering them to secure jobs in stable, high-demand occupations, earning livable wages.

Camden City Village Initiative Social Work Program provides supportive services to Camden City residents who are in need of social and supportive services. The initiative, a partnership between Camden County Police Department and Center For Family Services, connects participants with a CCPD social worker to provide intensive case management and ensure warm handoffs to appropriate services.

Crisis Diversion Home

The Crisis Diversion Home provides compassionate care to New Jersey adults 18 and older who are experiencing mental illness. The program aims to stabilize those at risk of hospitalization or who have previously experienced frequent hospitalizations to help them remain in the community. 

During the 30-day stay in the group home, individuals will receive the following services from highly trained clinicians:  

Stable Connections provides solutions to prevent youth homelessness. Services support youth who are at risk of experiencing homelessness. 

Working together with community partners, Stable Connections identifies young people at risk for homelessness and connects them and their families to inclusive, equitable, and comprehensive support services. Secure connections include a wide array of community partners, forming a holistic support system to respond to the needs of youth and their families to avoid crises and keep youth safe in a home setting.

 

Serenity Homes

Serenity Homes provides temporary shelter care for children up to age 18. Services are provided through the trauma-informed Nurtured Heart approach, which emphasizes physical, psychological, and emotional safety for the children in our care and helps them rebuild a sense of control.

Mary's Place

Mary's Place is a safe and supportive structured transitional living program located in Mercer County offering supportive apartments for individuals ages 18-21. The program offers case management and other supportive services with the goal of empowering residents so they have the opportunity to grow into self-sufficient adults.

Street Outreach offers crisis intervention, counseling, advocacy, and prevention services to adolescents up to age 22 experiencing homelessness. Counselors work to help teens and young adults who are facing homelessness, have runaway, or are couch-surfing to find a safe and stable place to live.

Transitional Housing and Rapid Rehousing provide safe and secure apartments for young adults with the goal to support the path to permanent housing. The programs serve unaccompanied young adults as well as parenting and pregnant young adults ages 18-25 and their children.

Evolutions

Evolutions provides young men dealing with both substance abuse and mental illness with a safe place to live while they develop coping skills to become self-sufficient.

The program offers a serene, home-like setting for up to five young men between the ages of 13-17. During their 6- to 9-month stay, young men receive supportive services from our highly-qualified team so they can be successfully reunited with family or transition into an independent living situation.

Envision

Envision offers community-based, long-term residential treatment for young women ages 11-19. Envision provides diagnostic assessment, therapy, educational services, social skills training, and job readiness training to help youth lead happy, healthy, and independent lives.
