Stable Connections provides solutions to prevent youth homelessness. Services support youth who are at risk of experiencing homelessness. 

Working together with community partners, Stable Connections identifies young people at risk for homelessness and connects them and their families to inclusive, equitable, and comprehensive support services. Secure connections include a wide array of community partners, forming a holistic support system to respond to the needs of youth and their families to avoid crises and keep youth safe in a home setting.

If you are age 15-22, the Re-Engagement Center can help you get back on track today. Services are available to re-connect out of school youth with educational options and supportive services.

After School Youth Connect is an after-school & weekend educational and recreational program for youth aged 8-18 and their families in Camden City.  The program engages youth in activities to support positive development. 

The program provides support with:

  • Conflict resolution

  • Internet safety

  • Workforce development

  • Life skills

  • Social skills

  • Drug prevention

East Orange Family Success Center is a community-based, family-centered neighborhood gathering place offering family support, information, and services in Essex County. 

At East Orange Family Success Center, families are welcomed to a safe and supportive home-like environment. Family-friendly workshops and activities strengthen the family unit, build relationships, enrich lives, and make families and the neighborhood stronger. 

All services and workshops are free.

The Prevention Hub in Warren County offers prevention resources to build resilience in the Warren County community.

The Warren County Prevention Warm Line is a clear connection point to access prevention based progamming and referrals for those in need of assistance with navigating local and state family support services being offered by the Prevention Hub and other providers. Trained staff are available on weekdays from 9am to 4pm to connect callers to local and state level resources and other supportive services.
