Project Reconnect supports youth and their families as youth reintegrate into the community following juvenile justice involvement.  

Staff work with youth three times per week, including trips to support integration with family and community. Family members receive support to understand their child's needs and the best ways to help their child during the transition back into home and community.

Juntos provides important services to unaccompanied minor children who immigrated into the United States. Services include:

  • temporary shelter
  • support with family unification
  • home study and post release services

Services are focused on the safety of every child in our care. We utilize Nurtured Heart, a trauma informed care approach, which emphasizes physical, psychological and emotional safety for the children in our care and helps them rebuild a sense of control.

We provide:

ACE (Achieving Consistent Excellence) is a multi-component prevention program provided to Gloucester County males ages 8-23 years old who are on probation and their families. ACE staff members will provide crisis support, career and academic guidance, financial management, sobriety support, and aid in building up life skills including time management, physical and nutritional well-being.

The program will provide transportation to work interviews, probation, court, school, and other appointments.
