The Building Bridges Family Success Center is a community-based, family-centered neighborhood gathering place where Camden County community members are welcomed to go for family support, information, and services.

Baby's Best Start

Baby's Best Start is a free, nine-week program to support you and your baby to get off to the best possible start. Utilizing a Nurtured Heart approach, sessions cover topics focused on your baby's health and development and the family unit.  After the completion of the program, you and your family will be invited to a graduation and will continue to receive follow-up support including home visits and phone calls on a monthly basis.

Our Early Learning Community offers a nurturing and high quality education for children age 0-5 designed to prepare children for success in kindergarten and beyond.

Family First - for HER provides support for women seeking help for problems with drugs or alcohol. Additionally, the program provides support, like transportation and *childcare, for women struggling with drugs and alcohol.

Pathways to Recovery for Adults is an outpatient program providing a personal support plan for recovery and relapse prevention. The program helps people experiencing problems with drugs and alcohol find the support they need to get their lives back on track.

Pathways to Recovery for Youth provides outpatient services and a personal support plan for recovery and relapse prevention. Services help young people experiencing problems with drugs and alcohol find the support they need to get their lives back on track.    

Counselors work closely with youth and their families to identify needs and strengths and to develop an individualized treatment plan for sustained recovery.

Together Youth Shelter

Together Youth Shelter offers short-term, walk-in emergency housing for youth age 9-18 in need of a safe place to live. Together provides 24/7 safe housing and basic needs support for youth who have experienced abuse, neglect, human trafficking or those youth who have run away or are in need of safe housing due to a variety of circumstances.
