Spring time is here, and the Hispanic Family Center of Southern New Jersey, Inc. is revving up for the annual Community Health Fair and Concert. In partnership with St. Joseph’s Carpenter Society, La Parada San Juan Bautista’s celebration of culture and tradition, and Connect the Lots, this impactful event provides hundreds of families from the community with education, health-related information, free health testing opportunities, and a chance for families to discover services within the community that can help lead healthier lives.
