The EHR Help Desk is made up of several key staff who monitor and respond to messages continuously throughout the day. If you are experiencing an issue in AWARDS or Carelogic, help is available. Submit a work order through the EHR work order ticket system. Please note: the Username and Password are the network username and password NOT the EHR username and password.
