East Orange Family Success Center
East Orange Family Success Center is a community-based, family-centered neighborhood gathering place offering free services. Community residents can go to Family Success Centers for family support, information, and services.
East Orange Family Success Center is a "one-stop" shop that serves families in a safe and supportive home-like environment and offers programs and workshops designed to strengthen the family unit, build relationships, enrich the lives of community members, and make families and the neighborhood stronger. East Orange Family Success Center provides wrap-around resources and support services to strengthen families and communities.
The Family Success Center serves as a starting point to help families thrive by offering a variety of family-centered supports. The staff maintains a steady flow of services, information and partnerships to help families find the resources they need to become self-sufficient.
All services and workshops are free.

Nourished Neighbors Program
East Orange Family Success Center is excited to offer Nourished Neighbors to families.
Nourished Neighbors is a community-centered food and wellness initiative dedicated to improving food security, nutrition education, and holistic health outcomes for families in East Orange. Through equitable access to fresh, nutritious foods, culturally responsive education, movement-based wellness activities, and community collaboration, Nourished Neighbors empowers individuals and families to build sustainable, healthy habits, strengthen food sovereignty, and cultivate long-term wellbeing.
Nourished Neighbors provides:
• Farmers Harvest monthly food distribution in both East Orange and Paterson
• Nutritional support for families managing chronic health conditions, including nutritional education, meal planning guidance, and health food preparation
• Low-impact physical activity and wellness programming through accessible activities
The Farmers Harvest monthly food distribution takes place every 3rd Monday at 3:30 pm.
