This is a workshop for mothers that are about to give birth, have recently given birth or is experiencing emotions you cannot understand after giving birth. This is a Postpartum Wellness Initiative designed to promote health and well being. The Cooperative (formerly the Southern NJ Perinatal Cooperative) is facilitating this event.
