SAFE provides in-home counseling and case management to Camden County seniors and disabled adults to improve their quality of life, prevent institutionalization, and help them remain living in their own homes and communities.
Our counselors are available to provide important supportive services to assist the elderly and disabled population. Caring, dedicated staff work to ensure individuals are connected to available community resources. This support allows seniors and disabled adults to stay safely in their homes where they are most comfortable.
