Street Outreach offers crisis intervention, counseling, advocacy, and prevention services to adolescents up to age 21 experiencing homelessness. Counselors work to help teens and young adults who are facing homelessness, have runaway, or are couch-surfing to find a safe and stable place to live.
 
Street Outreach offers teens and young adults a variety of services including:
  • Referrals and safe transportation to emergency shelters
  • Crisis intervention and counseling to prevent homelessness
  • Life-skills training and connection to community support services
