The Camden Promise Neighborhood birth-to-college-and-career pathway is supported by a myriad of stakeholders. The team of partners and providers includes community residents, educational institutions, social service providers, health institutions, corporate partners, foundations, public and private funding sources, community volunteers and donors.
The efforts, resources and strategies of the Camden Promise Neighborhood team are targeted to significantly improve the educational and developmental outcomes of children, while significantly strengthening the social, communal, and familial infrastructures that support and nurture their success. Together we creating a neighborhood of opportunity, wrapping children in a seamless pipeline of health, social, and educational supports from birth through college and career.
