Survivors of Homicide

Survivors of Homicide Support & Counseling Services offers free, safe, supportive, and compassionate programming for children, teens, adults, and families in Camden City and Camden County who are grieving the loss of a loved one by homicide.

The program provides emotional support, counseling, and education to guide individuals through a process of healing and recovery.

Services include:

Individual & Group Counseling - offered to children, teens, adults, and parents that have experienced the loss of a family member or friend by homicide. Counseling is also available to individuals who have witnessed the death by homicide.

Support Groups for High School Teens & Adults - Support groups are designed to provide a non-judgmental, safe environment where high school age teens and adult survivors can receive support and connect with fellow survivors. Each group will focus on a different topic, providing opportunities to explore these topics through discussion as well as hands-on experiences.
