Community Connections Outreach is a community-based, family-centered neighborhood gathering place where Camden County community members are welcome to go for family support, information, and services. Community Connections Outreach serves families in a safe and supportive home-like environment and offers programs and workshops designed to strengthen the family unit, build relationships, enrich the lives of community members, and make families and the neighborhood stronger.

Our Services
A variety of family friendly events take place each month. We offer fun and educational workshops and activities, connection to resources, and volunteer opportunities. All services are free and open to all families in the community.

Community Connections Outreach is funded by the Department of Children and Families, Division of Prevention and Community Partnerships, Community Planning and Advocacy Council through a grant from the NJ Department of Children and Families.
