Receptionist / Office Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Center for Family Services is seeking an experienced, organized, and efficient Receptionist/ Office Manager.  The Receptionist will maintain and effectively administer the front desk systems of the Administration Office Building. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the office on a daily basis enduring a professional work environment.  They will answer and direct all incoming calls in a prompt and polite manner.  They will greet and attend to clients and visitors in a courteous and efficient manner.  They provide assistance and support to building staff and programs. The Receptionist will manage the postage machine, as well as all mail, FedEX/UPS packages, and deliveries.

Requirements: 
  • High School Diploma
  • General knowledge of office systems
  • Professional clerical and phone skills
  • Customer relations experience and ability to function as a team member
  • Proficient with basic Windows computer operations and Microsoft applications
