Center for Family Services is experienced, dedicated and skilled Program Supervisor to lead the Oasis/Tranquility programs. The Program Supervisor provides program management including supervision of staff in carrying out direct service activities to the goals of the program. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a program that provides safe and supportive housing to young ladies age 16-20 with the goal of building the foundation for independent living. Must have a flexible schedule.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Program Supervisor is responsible for the smooth operation of both the Oasis Youth Shelter Youth Shelter and Tranquility House Supervised Transitional Living Program. They manage all reports, employee issues, and maintaining relationships with community providers and contact administrators. They will provide regular group and individual supervision of CFS staff. They have excellent communication, writing, and computer skills.

- Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree or related field
- Must have 2 years (5 years preferred) experience in a supervisory role in a youth residential setting
- Excellent driving skills and current driver's license with a driving record of at least three years
- Vehicle with current insurance and registration
