Center for Family Services is seeking a motivated and compassionate individual for the Program Director position within the Together Youth Shelter Program. Together is a short-term, walk-in shelter, providing 24-hour emergency shelter for runaway, homeless, and neglected youth age 9-18. Together is a caring and healing home for children where they receive support and work on their future with the goal of family reunification. Some of the services Together provides include food, clothing, and medical services, individual, group, parent, and family counseling, advocacy, life skills training, and educational and tutoring services. The Program Director assumes overall responsibility for Together Youth Shelter Program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Program Director provides administrative and clinical supervision of program staff, students, and volunteers and is responsible for all reports and billing. This individual provides counseling and other direct service activities as needed and assures the continuing training and development of program staff. The Program Director coordinates program activities with appropriate liaison agencies to ensure constructive collaboration, develops and promotes relationships with DCP&P agencies and other community providers, and represents the program and agency in the community.

- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Must have experience working in a residential program and must have administration experience
- Excellent driving skills and current driver's license with a driving record of at least three years
