On October 4th, 2018 Mayor Francisco "Frank" Moran of Camden City annouced a "War on Graffiti." The annoucement took place at the PATCO High Speedline overpass on Mt. Ephraim Avenue. 

Mayor Moran was joined by City Council members, the Deparment of Public Works as well as other departments and community partners that will all aid in cleaning up Camden and improving quality of life for all residents. Other partners include Camden County Police Department, Faith based organizations and art departments and organizations. 

The War on Graffiti aims to eradicate graffiti from the community. A hotline and email has been created for the purpose of reporting graffiti tags. Residents are encouraged to call in or send an email so that the tags can be logged and utimately removed by the Department of Public Works.
