Treatment Alternatives For Children At Risk (TAFCAR)

TAFCAR is a partnership program with the Division of Youth and Family Services. TAFCAR accepts referrals from DYFS, as well as schools, churches, family court, community-based programs and human service agencies.

Complete the referral form and fax all necessary attachments to 856-964-1993. Once the form is received, a fax response will be sent to the DYFS worker in reference to the status of the referral.
