GrandSlam/ GrandSlam Supported Apartments

GrandSlam's structured transitional living program and supported apartments provide transitional living assistance for homeless female youth.  The primary goal is the development of an independent living plan.  Youth stay six to 18 months in a structured group home setting and/or up to one year in a supported apartment where they receive counseling, life and social skills training, and employment and education assistance.
