BECOME A FOSTER FAMILY
______________________________________________________________
You can make a difference to youth who need a home.
To become a foster parent, you don't need a fancy house, a spouse or partner, or extensive care giving experience.
You do need a commitment to learning and working as part of a team, a sense of humor, flexibility, and patience.
And you need the ability to provide a stable, supportive substitute family environment for a young person in need.
Consider becoming a Center For Family Services foster parent
We are actively recruiting foster parents in several communities:
- Burlington County
- Camden County
- Cumberland County
- Gloucester County
Pre-teens and teenagers who have entered the foster care system need loving and dedicated adults to welcome them to their homes and nurture them to a healthy, self-sufficient adulthood.
We're looking for all types of stable and supportive families -- single parents, married couples, families of color, empty nesters, home owners, renters, and parents who are gay, lesbian, or bisexual.
What you can expect:
Every year children enter the foster care system in high numbers. Center For Family Services Programs are committed to diversity, anti-racism, and providing culturally appropriate services for foster parents.
Center For Family Services has been providing and working to improve foster care for close to 15 years. We have a rich history of helping foster families to be successful caregivers for the youth in our care.
