Family Connect is a 12 week, in-home supportive service for Camden City families with a child with medical needs. We identify and build on the family strengths helping to reduce the level of stress and improve the well being of the family as a whole. We connect famililes to available community resources and provide advocacy in working with teachers, employers, landlords, doctors, and others in the family sphere; individual and family counseling; parent education and support; and connection to resources for child care, housing, substance abuse treatment, literacy, education, job training, and employment. Family Connect provides services to Camden City families who have a medically fragile or injured child age 11 or younger.
