Child Assault Prevention Project (CAP)

CAP provides workshops for school staff, children and parents. Workshops include: adult programs, preschool programs, kindergarten programs, Grades 1-6, special needs and Teen CAP.

Children from Preschool to High School: Receive age-appropriate instruction on dealing with bullying, strangers and uncomfortable touching by someone they know. Role playing, songs and interactive workshops keep students entertained and engaged.

School Staff: Receive a comprehensive approach to assault prevention with information and resources on identifying abused children and discussing difficult situations with children.

Parents: Receive positive encouragement and learn effective ways to support prevention and empowerment strategies at home, school and in the community.
