Family CONNECT

Family CONNECT is a 12-week in-home supportive service for families with a child age 11 or younger with medical needs.  The program connects families to resources and identifies and builds on the family strengths helping to reduce the level of stress and improve the well being of children and families.   The program is available to families living in Camden City, Collingswood, Gloucester City, Merchantville, Pennsauken, and Woodlynne, NJ.

Services include support and advocacy in working with teachers, employers, landlords, doctors, and others in the family sphere.  The program also provides:

  • individual and familiy counseling
  • parent education and support
  • connection to resources for child care, housing, substance abuse treatment, literacy/education, job training/employment

All services through the Family CONNECT program are free and voluntary.
