Envision Healing Homes

Envision offers community-based long-term residential treatment for female youth ages 15-17. The program is comprised of three supportive homes where young girls work closely with therapists and counselors to learn, grow, and heal. Envision provides diagnostic assessment, therapy, educational services, social skills training, and job readiness training to help youth lead happy, healthy and independent lives.

Referral Description Details: 

Envision offers community-based long-term residential treatment for female youth ages 15-17. The program is comprised of three supportive homes where young girls work closely with therapists and counselors to learn, grow, and heal.

Who Can Refer: 

 Youth are referred by CMO and/or DCPP. Youth referred must present severe and persistent challenges in social, emotional, behavioral and psychiatric functioning and have been determined through IMDS assessment to meet the need for RTC level of care.  Youth can be educationally classified and non-classified with an FSIQ over 65

Eligibility:
