Andrew Swenson, Associate Vice President of Administration & Operations is directly involved in the acquisition, renovation, and day to day operation of the Center’s 35 office locations and residential shelters. Mr. Swenson’s  focus includes Licensing and Accreditation, Project Management, Asset Management and Renewal, Risk Management, Continuous Quality Improvement, Life Safety and Disaster Response, Fleet Management,  Vendor Contracting, as well as Strategic Planning and Forecasting processes.

Andrew Swenson holds a BA Degree in Psychology and a diverse 20+ year history within the social services industry having worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor, Program Developer, Grant Writer, and Administrator.  Formerly a Certified Social Worker and Employee Assistance Professional with a focus in Substance Abuse Treatment and Prevention, he currently maintains a Certification in Facility Management through IFMA the International Facility Management Association.
