Status:                 Full-time

Travel:                 Up to 75% local travel

Description:      Dedicated Senior Program Director to oversee several youth and young adult programs throughout South Jersey. Responsible for all staff management as well as the overall health and development of the programs.

Requirements:

• MSW or related Master's degree
• Flexible schedule
• Previous program and staff management experience
• Previous experience working with youth
• Knowledge of NJ State licensing regulations
• Vehicle with valid driver's license, insurance, and registration along with a good driving record of at least three years
