Salary:                 $15.00/hour

Description:      Part-time IT Technician needed to perform hardware and software trouble shooting for domain workstations. Tech support calls are local Camden City locations and troubleshoot clients via hardware vpn. Configure and install new workstations and printers as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Some college preferred
• Must be proficient in Windows XP connected to a domain with Group Policy's, Norton Firewall/Anti virus and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organizational and documentation skills a must
• Experience in Windows 2003 Server, Backup Exec, Norton AV Corporate Edition, Remote Desktop, Windows Update Services, and Windows 2003 Server Group Policy a plus
• Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix and/or A+ certification helpful
