Hours:        Flexible

Travel:        Up to 75% local travel

Description: Provide intensive case management counseling in-home for children, adolescents and their families.

Requirements:

• MSW or Master's in related field

• Prior counseling experience;in-home counseling experience preferred.
• Experience working with youth facing multiple challenges
• Bi-Lingual preferred

• Current driver's license with a driving record of at least three years

• Vehicle with current insurance and registration
